Customer Service/ Administrator Vacancy - END DATE 24TH MARCH 2019
A position as the ‘Director of First Impressions’ is available at a busy and dynamic Tuition Centre based in Shenfield Essex. A customer relations superstar is needed, illustrating the personality and personal skills to interact and WOW from the youngest child to the oldest gran. You will need to be able to function in a fast pace work environment and be creatively challenged. You need to have a CAN DO attitude, thinking outside the box and come up with solutions to any challenges. The position also has a strong administrative side, which will require excellent IT skills. You will need to have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to learn, adapt and follow systems. You need to be a good all rounder as you will work with new and existing clients, process data and work very closely with a strong team.
You will not only be the face of the business at the reception area, but also have a good listening ear, caring nature and must constantly strive for superstar customer services, aiming to exceed expectations on all levels. Hours are: Mon, Wed, Thu 3pm-9pm Tue 1pm-9pm Sat 9am-2pm. Salary starts at £8.50 an hour depending on experience and skills.
